Since you're renovating, you should get all of the 'guts' of the building replaced. HVAC, wiring, etc. You'd be saving yourself a lot of time and money down the road if you put in all new ducts and supporting grates, filters, etc. Congrats on the decision to help revamp parts of dilapidated neighborhoods!
